As you most likely know, I manage all of the social media for Feldstein Family Law Group, a family law firm in Toronto, Ontario. They’ve been an amazing client over the years as they are always ahead of the “social media game” (they thought of their live Facebook show, not me), and they produce a ton of content (blogs, video posts, articles, media appearances, etc.) which makes my job much easier. Growing their community has been one of the highlights of my career, corny I know, but I love this stuff!
Comments from your Facebook fans on your law firm Facebook Business Page should be your top priority (besides getting new clients of course). One of Feldstein Family Law Group’s posts did exceptionally well today in terms of engagement so I wanted to share it with you as an example. The community members feel comfortable sharing their opinion and asking questions. These questions sometimes lead to free consultations often resulting in new work. Now you can see why comments (and responding to comments) is so important.
Encourage your fans to share their thoughts and ask questions. There are tons of ways to word questions for higher engagement, Google it. You’re Facebook community is usually fiercely loyal as well, it’s pretty amazing.
